What You’ll Do:

This position reports to President of the firm and will work on 3 - 4 searches at a time, recruiting for management and executive level positions in construction.  You’ll work closely with other team members on identifying and recruiting qualified candidates.  You’ll be responsible for interviewing and selecting top performers for each assigned search, and you’ll work closely with other staff members who will assist with candidate lead generation and appointment setting. You’ll interview candidates and help prepare documents for the search, prepare candidate profile packages, and weekly status reports for clients, for review and approval by a senior recruiter. You’ll also collaborate daily with the team on problem solving, strategy and process improvement to help improve our efficiency and take firm to next level!

Background Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting or executive search firm

  • Exposure to CRM or applicant tracking systems or database

  • Background with MS 365 and/or SharePoint

  • Experience with business writing and handling details
