  • Enhancing Employee Engagement: Identify areas for improvement and design initiatives to boost employee engagement, retain talent, and increase overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborative Recruitment: Work with Hiring Leaders and Talent Acquisition to define roles, support recruitment efforts, and ensure effective workforce planning.
  • Leading People-Focused Projects: Drive projects centered on performance management, employee experience, and organizational change initiatives.

Within three months, you will:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our global People & Talent policies, People Strategy, and operational approaches.

  • Participate in leadership workshops and People strategy sessions.

Within six months, you will:

  • Identify organizational strengths and areas for improvement within the Sustainability Certification division.
  • Support the global rollout of leadership development programs.
  • Provide coaching on succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.

Within one year, you will:

  • Be a trusted People advisor for senior leaders, influencing strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that supports our sustainability mission.
  • Contribute to a global People & Talent function that empowers our team to make a difference

Important that you:
