Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a psychiatry center seeking a reliable administrative professional to support back-office operations. This role involves essential administrative tasks that help ensure smooth daily operations without direct patient interaction.

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant - Psychiatry Center will handle administrative responsibilities that support the daily operations of a psychiatry center. This role focuses on tasks such as verifying patient insurance, managing appointment availability, and sending necessary forms and reminders. No prior medical experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance status and update records accordingly.
  • Maintain and update appointment availability for online scheduling.
  • Identify patients needing follow-up appointments and coordinate scheduling.
  • Send work/school excuses and other necessary documentation.
  • Process and send forms to patients as needed.
  • Remind patients of upcoming appointments through internal systems.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and HR systems.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Strong attendance record and ability to learn quickly.
  • Previous administrative experience (not required but preferred).
  • experience in medical centers or similar (not required but preferred).
