Position Title: SMSF Administrator
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PHT or 9 am to 5:30 pm AU time
Salary: Php 35,000.00 – Php 45,000.00

We are looking for a highly skilled SMSF Administrator to join our client’s growing team. The
ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working with Australian clients in
SMSF accounting and administration. This role requires proficiency in Class Super software
and the ability to manage SMSF tax returns, financial statements, and compliance
requirements with minimal supervision.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN SMSF ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities SMSF Administrator:
∙Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for SMSFs
∙Providing specialist SMSF accounting and administration in accordance with
regulatory and legislative requirements
∙Contributing to developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and
effectiveness of SMSF processes and procedures
∙Assisting in the provision of guidance to clients on SMSF-related matters, tax
planning, and regulatory changes
∙Maintain the fixed asset register
∙Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients
∙Handling compliance and administrative tasks, including client record maintenance
∙Contributing to strategy implementation for clients, learning ATO registrations
∙Preparing fund activity statements, financial statements, and annual returns to a high
standard
∙Liaising with clients to answer queries, provide regular updates, and proactively
request documents and information to ensure that jobs are completed promptly
∙Prompt and collaborative communication with team members to achieve the
collective goal of providing high-quality results for our clients
∙Prioritize tasks and manage workflow expectations in line with business
requirements.
Qualifications as an SMSF Administrator:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. CPA qualification is highly
preferred.
∙At least 2 years of experience working with Australian Clients in the Accounting
Industry, especially in SMSF administration and accounting
∙Proficiency in Class Super software for end-to-end processing
∙Strong knowledge of SMSF tax processing.
∙Experience working for SMSF for Property, Crypto, and/or Shares
∙Solid understanding of the SMSF framework and up-to-date knowledge of accounting
standards for superannuation funds.
∙Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).
∙Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∙Can work independently and be proactive. A self-starter
∙Experience working directly with an Australian Senior Accountant is desirable.
