Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a successful track record of campaigns and measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Strong writing and editing skills for crafting compelling and engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and gain insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities for developing innovative social media strategies.
  • Experience with social media advertising and proficiency in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus. 
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in similar role with both inbound and outbound phone calls, and strong spoken English.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. 
  • Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 
  • Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive media.
  • Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally. 
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner; ask qualifying questions to ensure all necessary information is discovered.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling and email management.
