Job Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience in the Industry: Minimum 2.5-5 years of sales experience in transportation, logistics, or the moving industry, demonstrating success in lead conversion and client management. 
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency to engage effectively with diverse clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in SmartMoving CRM and RingCentral: Hands-on experience with these tools to manage client interactions, calls, and data efficiently. 
  • Strong Negotiation and Interpersonal Abilities: Expertise in building rapport, addressing concerns, and closing deals with professionalism and confidence. 
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Dedication to delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
  • Adaptability and Goal Orientation: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Core responsibilities:

  • Engage in Hot and Cold Calls: Initiate and handle inbound and outbound calls using RingCentral to connect with potential and existing clients, delivering persuasive pitches tailored to their moving and logistics needs.
  • Provide Accurate Estimates: Address customer inquiries with precision, offering competitive and detailed estimates for moving and delivery services, ensuring transparency and trust. 
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster positive, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the moving process. 
  • Utilize SmartMoving CRM: Manage and update client information, follow up on leads, and track interactions using SmartMoving CRM to maintain an organized and effective sales pipeline. 
  • Drive Sales Growth: Leverage strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into clients, achieving and surpassing sales targets within the moving and logistics industry. 
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with operations to ensure seamless execution of services and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
