Job Requirements:

  • Proven Experience in B2B Sales: Minimum 2.5-5 years experience in B2B sales, specifically within the financial services or credit repair industry, with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate and mortgage sectors, understanding the needs and pain points of these clients in relation to credit repair. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and build long-term client relationships.
  • Event Planning Skills: Experience organizing and managing client events, including coordinating logistics and ensuring a professional brand presence. 
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, adjusting based on client feedback and market conditions. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to track leads, manage client relationships, and optimize sales processes.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calling to real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and real estate offices to build partnerships and promote credit repair services. 
  • Strategic Sales Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement sales strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract key industry partners. 
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize events, such as client lunches and presentations, for the in-person sales team to foster relationships and drive sales opportunities. 
  • Sales Pitching: Develop and deliver compelling pitches that highlight the benefits of credit repair services for B2B clients, tailoring messages to address specific needs within the real estate and mortgage sectors.
  • CRM Management: Track and manage all sales activities, including prospecting and follow-ups, using HubSpot to maintain a clear record of client engagement. 
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities within the financial services space.
