Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales & Lead Generation: Minimum 2.55 years of experience in lead generation or qualification within the mortgage or financial services industry. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Polished verbal communication with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone. 
  • Proven Sales Mindset: A goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets while maintaining professionalism. 
  • Knowledge of Mortgage Industry: Familiarity with mortgage terminology, processes, and client expectations to tailor outreach effectively.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain detailed records of lead generation activities. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with basic tools like email and spreadsheets to document leads and coordinate communications.

Core responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, building initial relationships and identifying interest in mortgage services.
  • Qualify Mortgage Leads: Use a professional and conversational approach to understand client needs, qualify leads, and gather essential information to hand off to the mortgage professional for follow-up. 
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish trust and rapport with clients to create a positive first impression and represent mortgage services effectively. 
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls for the mortgage professional with qualified leads, ensuring seamless transitions. 
  • Follow-Up Coordination: Keep detailed records of client interactions and pass on actionable insights for follow-ups. 
  • Industry Tailored Communication: Stay informed about mortgage products, industry trends, and client pain points to effectively address inquiries and concerns during calls.
