Level 1- Technical Assistant to customers Issue triage and escalation Reporting and knowledge management Administrative support functions Data Entry Task and project management and reporting
What We Are Looking For: - Availability to work 8.30am to 5pm AEST - Excellent English communication skills - Minimum of 2.5 years experience in an IT Support Level 1 role - Familiarity with IT consulting, cloud solutions, and cyber security industry requirements
Core Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical assistant to customers - Triage and escalate issues to appropriate teams - Manage reporting and knowledge management - Provide administrative support functions - Accurately enter data - Effectively manage tasks and projects and provide regular reports - Ensure all data is properly collected and recorded
