About Monitor Solution:

The Monitor Solution enables businesses to track real-time performance across public, owned, paid, and earned channels. It provides deep insights into brand reputation, campaign effectiveness, and competitive standing – all in one platform. 

Overview:
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Monitor Solution. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap while ensuring seamless API integrations and managing strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will champion customer-centricity, ensuring we continuously empower business to take impactful business decisions by turning the vast amount of scattered interactions into contextual relevant, digestible, and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a software development or technical environment.
    • Prior exposure to social media analytics, social listening, or digital channels management is desirable.
  • Technical & Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated understanding of API integrations and managing technical partnerships is desirable.
  • Communication:
    • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Channels & API Integration: Manage channels and API partnerships, overseeing updates of the key API providers and integration partners.
      • Product Roadmap: Define and execute the roadmap, prioritizing features for Collect, Understand, and Impact.
      • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success; facilitate agile ceremonies and product releases.
      • Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify market opportunities, resolve project challenges, and validate enhancements.
      • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage tools like JIRA and Confluence to track progress. Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategy.
