Overview:
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Monitor Solution. You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap while ensuring seamless API integrations and managing strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will champion customer-centricity, ensuring we continuously empower business to take impactful business decisions by turning the vast amount of scattered interactions into contextual relevant, digestible, and actionable insights.

Requirements

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in a software development or technical environment.
Prior exposure to social media analytics, social listening, or digital channels management is desirable.

Technical & Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of API integrations and managing technical partnerships is desirable.

Communication:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
