Job responsibilities:
1. To create & spec-In company brand into BoQ/ToR/RKS/other tender documents of project
2. To maintain, manage, and aggressively close the projects into WON
3. To maintain and develop relations with Consultants, Specifier, Developers, M&E Contractors & Indirect Panel Builders
4. Achieve personal target of the year as per assigned by manager
5. Propose specifications for the product and solution of offer based on features of Himel product
6. Gather project information (Secure technical spec and all related players/candidates)
7. Manage project events such as consultant/panel builder/contractors gatherings to increase brand awareness and project cooperation
8. Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure the project order
9. Managing Project Distributor to increase sales and ensure efficiency; Prepare monthly forecast orders and estimation sales per quarterly
10. Prepare and plan the marcom budget yearly and maintain awareness of market trends in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding, and events
11. Responding to customer complaints and comments
12. Evaluate Project distributor performance every quarter
Essential Professional Experience:
1. 5+ years in relevant Sales & Export roles in Electrical products & solutions: Low Voltage electrical products, power distribution, industrial control products, etc.
2. Project Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers, and external partners.
3. Strong project market experience and partner relationship with a proven track record in the region of West/East Indonesia
4. Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales.
Desirable Qualifications:
1. A wide network of contacts in the Electrical Market.
2. Experience in penetrating New Markets
3. Good Business Understanding with LV Product Knowledge, Product Competitor knowledge, strong Technical knowledge, interpersonal skill Negotiation skill, Customer relationship

Education background:
