Hey there! I'm Regina, the HR at IT Career Hub.

IT Career Hub is an IT education center based in Germany. We help people who want to change careers and work in Germany become highly paid professionals with a German diploma and enjoy their new job.

About Us:

Our main office and key team are located in Berlin, Germany. Our team consists of highly skilled EdTech professionals who bring their knowledge and experience to create excellent educational programs and inspire our students.

Who We're Looking For:

We're currently seeking a First-Line Operator (Manager) to handle inbound calls from our clients. No cold calling here—only warm and targeted leads.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills and fluent speech.

- Sociability: You'll be talking a lot with different kinds of people.

- Friendliness and the ability to connect with others.

- A love for working with people.

- Emotional stability and the ability to quickly adapt to unexpected situations.

- A desire to grow and develop in sales
