Job description

This is a remote position.

The Consultant / Senior Consultant will work for a multinational talent and management consulting company to serve end-clients. Clients are based across the Middle East region and they cover an array of sectors and industries. The Consultant / Senior Consultant will work on solving complex business and HR problems. The scope of work includes compensation and benefits, policies and procedures, organization design, workforce planning, job analysis and evaluation, process engineering, etc.

Professional Expectations

  • Deliver high-quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Support the design or development of solutions for clients by working as part of a client or opportunity team and leveraging the insights gained through research and analytics.
  • Apply, as directed, the work procedures or approaches needed to address technical challenges in a project.
  • Carry out secondary research, analyze and manipulate data, and produce reports to provide understanding and insights for a project team.
  • Contribute proactively to business development by conducting background research, proposal writing, shaping opportunities, pitch preparation, and opportunity spotting in clients.
  • Work with and coordinate activities with colleagues across teams. Manage peers and more junior resources on projects. Provide guidance and coaching to more junior colleagues.
  • Develop a strong internal brand with a network of colleagues to receive guidance, leverage resources, and identify additional sources of project work.
  • Attend relevant training courses and seek opportunities to extend knowledge beyond a particular practice or service line.
  • Develop an understanding of key partners and a range of their standard analytical processes and related protocols, templates, and tools generally within a defined service line or area of expertise.


Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a business discipline, and ideally with a human resources specialization. Individuals with a background in engineering are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Preferably 4 to 6 years of full-time experience in management or talent consulting. Alternatively, 4 to 6 years of full-time experience in a human resources operational role or internal advisory capacity.
  • Languages: Advanced working proficiency in English and Arabic (proficiency includes the ability to deliver high-quality outputs).
  • Other skills: Advanced use of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
