  • Accounts Payable: Process and manage all vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, timely payments, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
  • Accounts Receivable: Generate and send client invoices, monitor and manage incoming payments, and address any client billing inquiries.
  • Quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS): Prepare and lodge quarterly BAS returns, ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Payroll: Process and manage employee payroll, including calculating wages, deductions, and superannuation contributions, and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
