As a Training and Content Specialist at Radicle Health, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs and content for both customers and internal teams. Your efforts will ensure that customers acquire the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use Radicle Health's products and services, while also creating engaging and informative content to enhance customer education. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product and Engineering, to optimize training and content processes, ultimately improving the overall customer experience.
