Your position

As the Attract-to-Grow (AtG) GPO, you will drive the standardization of AtG processes at RHI Magnesita, setting strategy and performance objectives in collaboration with other GPOs. You will be accountable for maintaining a robust, scalable process design and taxonomy, ensuring alignment with governance requirements. Actively gathering and applying external best practices, you will propose and implement improvements while balancing global standardization with local legal requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in resource planning, decision-making, and transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across regions and shared service centers.

 

Your tasks

  • Designing a transformation roadmap with short- and long-term goals, including tools deployment and integration with other RHIM projects to drive standardization and automation.
  • Managing Fit Gap Logs to track local and SSC-level deviations, driving reduction efforts and reporting on standardization progress.
  • Governing the tower taxonomy, including service placement, internal controls, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with defined standards.
  • Defining SLAs and KPIs to monitor process efficiency and ensure measurable performance improvements.

 

Your profile

  • Very strong stakeholder management skills
  • Change management attitude with experience in process changes
  • Strong execution and resolution focus
  • A master’s degree in business administration or similar
  • Solid relevant working experience in a leading Global Process Owner role, ideally within a Shared Services environment

 

Languages: English – fluent, any other language will be considered an asset
