Job description

As a Paid Social Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive performance and achieve marketing goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience managing ad budgets and performance reporting.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST
Must-Have:
  • 3+ years of experience managing Facebook and TikTok paid social media campaigns (Reddit, LinkedIn, and Snapchat are a plus).
  • Strong ability to analyze campaign insights and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of Looker Studio or any analytics platform.
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Core Tasks:
  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively ($7-10K daily, max $35K/day) to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align paid social strategies with broader business goals.

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱75,000/month
