Job description

A fintech client is looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Associate (Remote). In this role, you'll drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies and paid digital channels by optimizing and scaling campaigns across diverse platforms. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the client's business by improving their online presence, increasing customer acquisition, and boosting engagement. By leveraging your data-driven insights, you'll enhance visibility across digital channels, ensuring that our products connect with and resonate with the right audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, programmatic, and other digital channels to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Utilize analytics and performance data to make real-time adjustments, maximizing ROI and minimizing customer acquisition costs.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target audience segmentation.
  • Maintain comprehensive performance reports, identifying trends and insights to continuously refine campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creative elements, targeting, and landing pages to enhance overall performance.
  • Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to ensure timely completion of optimization tasks.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize spending and improve campaign efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a solid track record of managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, conversion optimization, and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with a focus on presenting performance data and actionable insights.
