Your tasks
Developing high-quality, maintainable source code, including tests and documentation.
Collaborating with the team during Product Increment Planning and contributing to the recruitment of new team members.
Addressing technical blockers and risks to ensure smooth development processes.
Contributing to the definition of short, medium, and long-term development goals and strategies.
Adhering to and helping establish quality criteria (e.g., unit tests, code styling, code organization).
Participating in peer reviews for pull requests, architectural decisions, and process improvements.
Sharing knowledge with other team members about components, architecture, and best practices.
