MIU City University Miami is an American university in Miami that offers accredited online and on-campus master's degrees, bachelor's degrees and courses. It is authorized by the Florida Department of Education's Commission on Independent Education to offer post-secondary education programs and has degree-granting authority under the laws of the State of Florida.

Skills required:

- A Ph.D. in Marketing or
- A Ph.D. or DBA in Business + a Master's degree in Digital Marketing or
- A Ph.D. or DBA in Business with an emphasis in Marketing.

- Bilingual English and Spanish desirable
- The course is to be taught 100% online in Spanish.
- Starting in May for the Summer term

Job requirements:

-Verifiable last level of study, PhD.

-Able to organize and deliver assigned courses to promote student success while maintaining academic rigor.

-Able to review and improve the syllabus of assigned courses.

-Be willing to deliver all requested educational materials to the Department of Faculty Management in a timely manner.

-Ability to promote and facilitate interaction ensuring collaborative learning.

-Ability to motivate and guide students in class and respond to forums in a timely manner.

-Assumes responsibility for tracking and assessing student learning, achievement of course objectives and providing feedback.

-Assumes responsibility for attending assigned classes by being present 15 minutes prior to the start of class and responding to any questions or needs.

-Be willing to attend faculty meetings, official functions and perform other duties as may be required by the administration as appropriate to the instructor position.

-Interest in participating in professional development events and reporting progress to the HR Department.

-Positive attitude to tutor and mentor students in their office or via video conference when requested.

-Willingness to perform additional duties useful to teaching performance.
