Hybrid role (3–4 days per week in the Bucharest office) 

FTC – until 23rd December, then possibly renewed for 2026 and beyond.

About the role 

 

We are looking for a talented Creative Graphic Designer for our client within the pharmaceutical industry.  

Must have visual communication skills including: graphic design, layout and typography, who is comfortable in multiple workstream environmentsWill execute on a variety of digital, on-line and print deliverables which include websites, banners, interactive PDFs, interactive visual aids, brochures, PowerPoints and product packaging. 

The role will be aligned to delivering on our client’s omnichannel strategy, focused on digital and print content and implementing of best practices. The focus is on asset creation, adaptation and refresh. 

 

What you’ll do 

 

  • Client-facing position: direct interactions and day-to-day coordination with the client’s Content Delivery Manager and Asset Owners/ Agencies of Record. 
  • Design, edit, update and refresh diverse digital, on-line web/mobile and print deliverables such as visual aids, websites, brochures, snippets, posters, logos, banners, PowerPoints, interactive PDFs, e-learning modules & covers for products and services 
  • Execute on the creative direction and design concepts, develop artwork for a variety of multichannel deliverables and have the ability to communicate proactive ideas 
  • Support development of campaigns, promotional and communication materials 
  • Solid concepting and design, plus interactive expertise 
  • Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of project execution and creative development 
  • Thorough understanding and ability to closely follow the branding/asset guidelines and apply them on designs 
  • Responsible for working within established brand guidelines created by other Agencies of Record 
  • Help estimate labor efforts and delivery timelines 
  • Support and maintain desired project delivery schedules and SLAs 
  • Strong attention to detail and process 
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles 
  • Manage changes and updates as per the content approval process 
  • Drive the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring innovative and effective design solutions. 
  • Good hands-on knowledge of the tools, techniques, software, knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required 
  • Ability to develop colour palettes, stylesheets as per directions 

 

About you 

 

  • Should possess min. 4-5 years of experience in graphic design for both digital and print, ideally with a mix of agency and client-side experience 
  • Experience in responsive design for mobile OSes like iOS and Android 
  • Highly developed creative competence, excellent design skills and sophisticated use of colour and in-depth domain knowledge 
  • Detail-oriented mind, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment  
  • Strong experience strategy skills and an eye for compelling digital storytelling 
  • Educational Background – Graduate/Post-Graduate with relevant years of experience 
  • Software Skill/Expertise – Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign 
  • Video editing skills; video creation and motion design experience as a plus 
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams 
  • Should be detail oriented, well organized and timeline driven – with a strong attention to detail 
  • Should possess good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask 
  • Process oriented, with an eye for process improvements 
  • Can find creative ways to get things done effectively and collaboratively 
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts, defend the work and be the expert in the room if called on 
  • Pro-active in all aspects of the role – ability to flag concerns/issues in a timely manner 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing project requirements, and a strong team player. 
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is preferred.
