Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: that you will generate reports and maintain the compliance dashboard. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know it will lead to one thing: that you will connect and help users who have LMS issues.

As a Senior LMS Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall LMS user experience, making sure that the LMS is kept spick and span. You will do alpha and beta testing and provide feedback to the media developers. You will ensure that the roster is up-to-date and deactivate separated employees as needed. You will set up the course structure in Moodle, enabling all required features. You will provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to the reports generated. You will coordinate with the required departments to help increase compliance. You will monitor LMS enrollments, create and assign LMS courses, and upload course content. You will configure, maintain, and continuously improve LMS tools, dashboards, and plugins. You will maintain the course structure of the LMS. You will interact with the developers, stakeholders, and learners to analyze, troubleshoot, and respond to any LMS-related issues while following
TaskUs’ communication guidelines. You will ensure the roster is up-to-date (including cohorts). You will manage roster competencies and badges. You will lead the effort to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related system issues and challenges as well as help to identify and prevent potential problems before they occur. You will also generate compliance reports regularly. You will create and maintain slick, easy-to-read dashboards for compliance and
LMS issues. You will design and run ad hoc and standard reports for compliance systems. You will also function as a Systems QA, wherein you will create or upload learning events. You will also review SCORM packages to see if they function as they should.
