Our team works across Europe, the UK, the Americas, and Ukraine, serving more than 135 countries through our partner ecosystem.

Our mission is to facilitate internal and external communication between companies and their customers worldwide, using web browsers and mobile applications, thereby increasing productivity and efficiency.

Who are we looking for

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant responsible for generating demand in the Spanish market. You'll be part of the Wildix Global Marketing Team—consisting of 35+ professionals worldwide—and collaborate closely with our Web & Digital, Comms & Copy, and Product & Tech Marketing departments. In this role, you'll support various marketing initiatives aimed at driving Partner Development and Demand Generation.

Are you up for the challenge?

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing plans and lead generation campaigns, tracking, measuring, and reporting results (maintaining up-to-date MQL reports and dashboards).
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team in Spain, ensuring lead generation and partner development activities are aligned.
  • Help organize, coordinate, and promote onsite events (Wildix roadshows, national trade shows) in Spain.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team, providing feedback on materials and activities while contributing new ideas.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally for team meetings or business events (trade shows, roadshows) as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Specialist, or similar role
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT or UC industry
  • Experience in On-site & Corporate event organisation
  • Experience using Salesforce and Marketing Automation (knowledge of Pardot would be a huge plus)
  • Analytical skills, target and number-oriented
  • A native level of Spanish and high proficiency in English, both written and spoken (any other European language is a plus)

Now, it would be fantastic if You:

  • Excel at communication and can clearly articulate ideas
  • Are dedicated and committed to achieving team goals
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams and with key stakeholders
  • Have a passion for learning new technologies and products
