Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President of Athletic Performance to lead the development, execution, and evolution of our training methodologies, programming, and coaching excellence. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our training remains at the forefront of athletic performance and strength & conditioning—delivering the highest level of training to hundreds of thousands of athletes nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Develop & Oversee Training Programs – Design and implement training strategies, ensuring alignment with our core methodologies and the latest performance research.

  • Adopt New Training Techniques – Stay ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in sports science and performance training.

  • Evaluate & Approve Equipment – Assess and recommend new training equipment to enhance the our training experience.

  • Set Strategy for Athletic Performance & Coaching – Establish and refine performance benchmarks, best practices, and methodologies across all franchise locations.

  • Coach & Certify the Network – Develop and implement ongoing training, assessment, and certification programs for our coaches to ensure consistency and excellence across all facilities.

  • Drive Innovation & Performance Standards – Ensure we remain the go-to destination for elite and youth athletes by continually improving training methods and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Former D1 Athlete OR experience coaching at the D1 or Professional Level

  • 10+ years of experience in strength & conditioning, sports performance, or high-level coaching

  • Proven ability to develop and implement training methodologies at scale

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to balance innovation with practical implementation across a franchise network

  • Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills to educate and inspire franchisees and coaches
