Manager, Human Resources Business Partner  

The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a key role in supporting HR strategies and initiatives for multiple, diverse practices. Reporting to the Director, HRBP, this role supports people strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities. This role also collaborates with leaders and COEs to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while addressing people related challenges and promoting a positive colleague experience. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the business and Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Colleague Experience, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to ensure HR strategies align with business priorities.  

  • Assist in providing feedback and recommendations to COEs on behalf of the business to help shape HR programs, policies, and initiatives that support business needs and enhance colleague experience.  

  • Partner with leadership to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise to inform workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.  

  • Support people related activities for executing business changes, including M&A workforce integration, change management, and talent alignment within assigned business lines.  

  • Assist on people related compliance matters, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies while promoting a fair and respectful workplace.  

  • Assist with colleague relations matters, providing consultation and resolution support in alignment with company values and objectives 

  • Support change management efforts to increase colleague engagement by helping to implement and communicate people driven initiatives to maximize adoption and effectiveness.   

  • Use HR analytics and workforce insights to identify trends and provide recommendations to address workforce challenges. 

  • Provide guidance to leaders on performance management, leadership development, and talent strategies to support business goals.  

  • Partner with leadership to drive engagement and retention strategies, ensuring COE-led programs address workforce needs and challenges.  

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an HRBP role or similar, with a focus on consulting with leadership and driving HR initiatives.  

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.  

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.  

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decision-making.  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Demonstrated project management and change management experience. 

  • Experience supporting organizational change and managing employee relations matters is a plus. 

  • Previous experience in professional services/consulting industry  

  • Experience with Workday is highly preferred. 

Stout is required by applicable state and local laws to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The range for this role considers several factors including but not limited to prior work and industry experience, education level, and unique skills. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
