2.5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or a related role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging content creation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Creativity and innovation in developing social media content and strategies. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

Execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, and videos, for multiple social media platforms. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to inquiries. Analyze social media performance metrics and optimize content strategies for better results. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes to refine strategies. Identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis and emerging social media trends.
