About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at EyeCarePro, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to help our eyecare clients achieve their business objectives. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies and build long-lasting relationships with clients that result in measurable success. This role is ideal for someone with a strong strategic mindset, deep expertise in digital marketing, and a passion for improving the eyecare field.

Working Hours: This is a full-time remote role, requiring availability from 9 AM 5 PM EST.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement integrated, data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive growth, increase patient engagement, and help our eyecare clients achieve long-term success.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met with proactive solutions that exceed expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including SEO, content, design, and development to ensure the seamless execution of digital strategies that align with client objectives.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze client performance (via tools like Google Analytics, CRM), continuously optimizing strategies based on insights, trends, and client feedback.
• Project Management: Oversee digital marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results that meet scope and client expectations.
• Client Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and deliver strategic reports and performance updates to clients, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improving their digital marketing success.
• Innovation & Strategy Growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, proposing new initiatives and strategies that drive client success and expand satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Proven experience in designing and optimizing digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals, especially in a digital marketing agency setting.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and results.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems to analyze and refine digital marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, with experience in healthcare or medical industries a plus.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to pivot strategies to address evolving client needs with creative, data-driven solutions.

• Proven experience in managing client relationships, creating digital strategies, and utilizing performance data to optimize results.
• Familiarity with performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CRM systems.
• Experience in the healthcare or eyecare industry is a plus.
