Overview
With ambitious growth goals in North America, EcoOnline is seeking a Strategic ABM Manager to lead efforts in expanding relationships and revenue within our target accounts.
The ABM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue within both target prospect accounts and existing customer accounts. This role focuses on creating personalized marketing campaigns aligned with the unique needs of high-value clients and prospects, including 1:1, 1:few and 1:many campaigns across all our solution offerings within EHS, Chemical Management, and ESG. This role will work closely with sales, customer success, demand generation, and product marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Campaign management:
- Develop and execute tailored ABM strategies to support the expansion of target accounts, aligning efforts with overarching business and revenue goals.
- Leverage a multi-channel approach to reach target accounts including, but not limited to paid advertising, in-person & virtual events, industry tradeshows, email, and direct mail.
- Effectively manage a campaign budget to support account engagement and growth across North America
Cross-team collaboration:
- Work with sales, business development, product marketing, and account management teams to design campaigns that address specific client needs and priorities, driving deeper engagement and partnership growth
- Partner with creative and content teams to design impactful, visually engaging campaigns that resonate with target accounts
- Collaborate with Global Program Managers to drive needs-based campaigns within EHS, Chemical Management, and ESG solution areas
- Share best practices for potential quick wins in other EcoOnline regions globally
Tech Stack Optimization:
- Leverage ABM and MarTech tools including 6sense, HubSpot, Influ2, and Salesforce to manage account insights and campaign performance
- Stay up to date on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and improve campaign performance
Reporting:
- Leverage data and analytics to identify growth opportunities within new and existing accounts, using insights to craft personalized messaging and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Present campaign performance and actionable insights to sales, customer success, product marketing and marketing leadership, using data to inform future strategies
KPI to measure success:
- Pipeline and Opportunity Growth: Responsible for driving marketing-generated pipeline through strategic campaigns within target account base, both new and existing customers
- Revenue Contribution: Accountable for generating revenue by executing campaigns that support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion efforts
- Account Engagement: Measure and optimize engagement through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring high-value accounts are consistently engaged and growing the number of engaged contacts
- ROI of Campaigns: Track and report on the return on investment of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies to ensure maximum impact (Leading indicator of ROI being pipeline:spend ratio)
Requirements
- 7-10 years experience with SaaS Marketing with a focus on strategic account marketing, client marketing, and/or demand generation
- 5+ years of experience within an ABM role, with proven experience and track record of driving revenue with 1:1, 1:few or 1:many approaches
- Proficiency in using ABM platform tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense (or similar ABM tool), Influ2
- Proven success in developing and executing ABM campaigns that drive account engagement and revenue growth
- Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with account planning and pipeline goals
- Strong understanding of strategic account marketing principles including personalization, multi-channel marketing, and content development
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to optimize campaigns and report on performance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality, personalized marketing experiences
- Passionate about driving impactful business results and building meaningful relationships with key accounts
