Job description

Your mission

As a Sales Enablement Specialist - Sports Performance, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between sports science, sales, and marketing, ensuring that our commercial team has the resources, messaging, and tools needed to engage, educate, and convert prospective customers.

The ideal candidate will have a marketing background combined with qualifications in sports science or strength and conditioning. You will be responsible for transforming complex sports science concepts into compelling, market-ready messaging and sales-driven content that resonates with strength and conditioning coaches, sports scientists, rehabilitation practitioners, and other professionals dedicated to optimizing athletic performance and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-impact sales collateral, including presentations, product brochures, one-pagers, and training materials to equip the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.
  • Build a repository of case studies, customer testimonials, and data-backed success stories that sales can leverage to demonstrate product effectiveness.
  • Align all sales materials with the latest product messaging, industry trends, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work cross-functionally to translate technical sports science insights into clear, engaging, and persuasive messaging.
  • Establish a feedback loop with the sales team and customers to continuously refine materials and improve product positioning.
  • Support sales team training and onboarding, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to communicate product value effectively.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in strength and conditioning, sports technology, and athlete performance to keep our sales content fresh and impactful.
Your profile
Requirements
  • Experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or content marketing, ideally within sports technology, fitness, or health industries.
  • Degree in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of the challenges faced by S&C coaches and sports performance professionals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create content that is both informative and persuasive.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and sports science teams.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), and content management systems is a plus.
  • A passion for sports performance and innovation.
