Job description

Job Summary:

Voiceflow is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to step in during a maternity leave period and provide expert customer engagement, technical consulting, and solution design for Voiceflow clients.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in conversational AI, bot-building best practices, and technical integrations, who thrives in a customer-facing role. The right candidate will guide clients in maximizing Voiceflow’s capabilities, ensuring they can successfully design, build, and maintain LLM AI-powered conversational experiences.

Job Duration: This is an 11 month full-time contract with a potential to extend or convert to full-time.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Technical Consulting
  • Deliver engaging and informative product demos, tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance on bot-building best practices, conversational AI design, and Voiceflow’s capabilities.
  • Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, advising on integrations, automation, and implementation best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they optimize their use of Voiceflow and drive business outcomes.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts, helping customers understand how to scale and maintain their conversational experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Customer Success and AEs to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to refine demo strategies and create scalable resources.

Collaborate with Sales to help scope technical feasibility and ensure alignment between customer needs and Voiceflow’s capabilities.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, integrations, and bot-building platforms.
  • Proven ability to lead compelling product demonstrations and provide technical consulting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in sales enablement, pre-sales consulting, or professional services is a plus.
