Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Director to join our growing team.

The Quality Assurance Director will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality assurance processes and standards within Bridge binding offices. This role ensures compliance with underwriting requirements, promotes operational excellence, and maintains the highest standards of service delivery. The Quality Assurance (QA) Director will work closely with underwriting teams, operations, compliance, and leadership to identify process improvements, mitigate risks, and uphold the organization’s commitment to quality.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide QA Leadership by developing, implementing, and leading a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish and monitor QA performance metrics, benchmarks, and reporting tools, and track internal and carrier QA and audit reviews.
  • Lead Process Improvement efforts by analyzing existing workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to redesign processes that reduce errors and enhance service delivery
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance across brokerage operations, including conducting regular audits to identify and mitigate underwriting compliance risks.
  • Mitigate Risk by identifying, assessing, and addressing quality and compliance risks in operations and developing risk management strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Conduct Data Analysis and Reporting by researching and making recommendations around using AI to review books of business and flagging accounts to review, as well as analyzing and interpreting AQ data to drive informed decision-making for the purpose of reporting findings, trends, and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Obtain Stakeholder Collaboration through close interaction with underwriting, claims, operations teams and carrier partners, addressing quality concerns and implementing improvements; and serving as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on quality standards.

Skills & Experience To Be Successful

  • Undergraduate degree in business administration, risk management, and/or another related field is required.
  • Graduate degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in production, customer service or services operations. (Preferred)
  • Experience in wholesale insurance brokerage is (highly preferred)
  • Proven track record in process improvement and team leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in QA tools, project management software, and relevant technology platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

$60,000 - $70,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
