Qualifications

At least 3 years of ICU experience as an independent practitioner, with a strong passion for teamwork, integrity, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Board-certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Nurse Practitioners must be acute care trained
Authorized to work in the United States
Sound’s licensing team will assist in obtaining any necessary state licenses to work at our hospital partner locations, and we will cover the cost of these licenses.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling

Ambassadors work a modified block schedule to maximize travel and minimize transitions, ensuring an optimal work-life balance.
This position entails 10-12, night shifts per month, each 12 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to medical / surgical / cardiac / neuro ICU patients
Demonstrate autonomous care within an ICU setting with support from a full complement of medical subspecialists.
Collaborate with fellow advanced practice providers, taking on leadership opportunities to develop new team models and mentor new team members.
Participate in team meetings and initiatives, driving high-quality care and advancing our mission to improve bedside care.
Must provide evidence of procedural competence with the following procedures: central lines, arterial lines, intubations and chest tubes

Compensation: $224,640-$280,800 dependent on shift commitment.
