A growing company in the real estate industry is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join its team in Feasterville-Trevose, Pennsylvania. In this remote role, the coordinator will manage the documentation process for real estate transactions, ensuring timely execution and delivery of closing documents. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders to resolve any issues, preparing title insurance policies, overseeing settlement statements, scheduling notary services, and managing the final steps of the transaction process. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial real estate title coordination, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success. Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 / year DOE
Commercial Coordinator Responsibilities
Manage all necessary documents for real estate transactions, ensuring accurate completion, processing, and delivery to relevant parties
Review closing instructions and ensure timely execution of documents for lenders, realtors, sellers, buyers, and other key stakeholders
Follow up post-document delivery to address any additional requests or concerns.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Prepare and issue title insurance policies in compliance with company standards and regulations
Ensure all recording documents are received and stored within appropriate timeframes
Handle the final settlement statement, scheduling notary services, and ensuring document signing is completed in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate smooth and efficient closings, including throughout NY, NJ, PA, CA, and various other states
Commercial Coordinator Requirements
Proven experience in commercial real estate title coordination, preferably with knowledge of commercial transactions in NY, NJ, and PA
Strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of employees across the organization
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, lenders, and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, handle deadline pressures, and ensure continuous follow-up to meet team-oriented goals
Familiarity with title insurance policies, documentation preparation, and survey, zoning regulations, title violations, and endorsements
Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF, Adobe, Yardi, SiteCompli, CoStar, Pro Series 9, QuickBooks, and SoftPro
Background in title or underwriting companies, or paralegal experience, is highly valued
Commercial title experience, particularly in high-liability transactions or government projects, is a plus
