Senior Clinical Talent Advisor at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Children with Autism

Location: Remote with Travel (15% travel)

Type: Full Time (Temporary to Permanent based on performance and business need)

Experience: Mid-Level; 3+ Years Experience in Recruiting and Sourcing

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 + Monthly Bonus Incentives

In this individual contributor role, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, finding top candidates who are just as passionate as we are about making a difference for children with autism. What You’ll Do

  • Own the Recruitment Process: Lead every step, from scouting clinical talent to finalizing offers, with a focus on roles like Behavior Analyst Interns and BCBA candidates.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to bring in top talent that aligns with our goals.
  • Build Strong Connections: Understand candidate motivations and create a positive experience that leaves them excited to join ABC.
  • Source Top Talent: Use your expertise to uncover the best candidates, tapping into both traditional and creative recruitment channels.
  • Track and Adapt: Monitor your progress, analyze data, and adjust your strategy to ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market.
