Under the supervision of Regional Commercial Manager, UK-IT-ES, the District Commercial Manager–Units & PAA delivers solid growth to BRP Unit & PAA business through successful wholesale and retail activities and by influencing sales best practices in ways to positively impact BRP’s Dealer Value Proposition and increase dealer engagement and loyalty. The DCM for Unit & PAA knows his District best and is focused to grow it to is maximum potential and above. The current brand scope is Can-Am ATV-SSV-ONRD & Sea-Doo product lines.
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional who is passionate about working closely with dealers, driving retail performance, and executing strategies to achieve growth. If you have a customer-centric mindset and a knack for developing strong dealer partnerships, this role is for you.
You’ll Have The Opportunity To
Drive Sales Growth & Dealer Engagement: Achieve sales targets for Unit & PAA by boosting retail, wholesale, and market share growth, while strengthening dealer engagement and loyalty.
Develop & Execute Strategies: Create tailored commercial strategies for Units & PAA with your dealer network to drive success across product lines in your region.
Activate Dealer Participation: Lead dealers through pre-season, promotional activities, and sales programs to maximize results and expand market reach.
Craft Go-To-Market Plans: Design and implement innovative plans to drive retail sales using BRP tools like lead generation, marketing plans, and events, working closely with the local Marketing Team.
Train & Empower Dealers: Provide training on product features and ensure dealers are equipped for high retail performance and exceptional consumer experiences.
Focus on Certification & Performance: Promote dealer certification as a key factor in driving performance and achieving positive Dealer Value Proposition through Performax rewards.
Monitor the Market: Stay on top of the competition, identifying opportunities for growth and adjustments to strengthen market share.
Develop District Action Plan: Create and implement a District Action Plan to identify growth opportunities and build a high-performing district.
Optimize Dealer Network: Support prospecting, fill open points, and improve dealer performance to enhance network quality.
Contribute to Business Plan: Collaborate on the UK Unit & PAA business plan to align priorities and key opportunities with the Regional Commercial Manager and local teams.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the automotive, powersports, or agricultural industries.
Experience in dealership or retail sales is a plus.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional language skills are an asset.
Valid driver’s license.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
The position is based in Italy from home office.
