What You Will Do:
You will develop and implement a training curriculum specifically designed for residential home builders to efficiently use Autodesk Revit software to the specifications of the Paradigm ecosystem.
You will be responsible to coordinate the resources to conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for builders, ensuring a clear understanding of software functionalities and best practices.
You will assess the training needs of residential home builders and adapt the curriculum accordingly to meet the diverse skill levels.
You will monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program through feedback assessments and performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to stay up to date on trends, challenges, and best practices relevant to residential building.
You will provide ongoing support and resources for trainees after program completion to ensure continued proficiency in Revit.
You will organize and coordinate training sessions including scheduling logistics and participant engagement.
You will foster an interactive and engaging learning environment to encourage participation and knowledge retention.
You will maintain a strong knowledge base of Revit updates, new features, and versions impacting residential construction.
What you Need to Succeed:
You have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architectural Design or similar (or equivalent experience).
You have extensive knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk Revit software, specifically in the context of residential construction.
You have proven experience in training and coaching instructional design, preferably within the construction or architectural sectors.
You have exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training sessions and projects simultaneously.
You have the ability to assess the learning needs and adapt training methodologies to suit varied skill levels of participants.
You have familiarity with developing instructional materials and need learning content preferred.
You have proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software tools for curriculum development and presentations.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $60,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
