Key Responsibilities

Develop and integrate AI models for document reading, data extraction, and natural language processing (NLP).
Build and maintain the platform’s backend using PHP to ensure seamless data handling and AI functionality.
Design and implement chatbot solutions to answer employee queries based on uploaded policies and other HR-related documents.
Ensure AI models are continuously trained and optimized for accuracy and efficiency.
Develop APIs to connect AI models with the platform’s frontend and third-party tools.
Implement data security measures, ensuring employee information and company policies are protected.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of AI functionalities and backend systems.

Qualifications
