What You’ll Do


The VP of Sales will report to the General Manager, US , and will be responsible for leading our East Coast sales team for the region. You will have the opportunity to direct and drive new business, build customer loyalty, ensure book growth, and support corporate strategies and initiatives. The key focus is to build and develop a high-performance SaaS sales team with a strong sales operating cadence.

  • Passionate, driven and results-oriented professional who can develop and execute a cross-regional sales strategy for US markets, including designing the GTM to best capture the addressable market together with the Marketing, PreSales, and Marketplace team.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop world-class sales talent to drive rapid new business growth and deliver customer success that ensures quarterly sales quota achievement.
  • Establish a structured sales methodology and process, focusing on a solution-selling approach and establishing and communicating the RoI value delivered to the customer by Provenir's solutions.
  • Actively lead the team in territory planning, account planning, and opportunity development.
  • Optimize sales tools and provide greater visibility, predictability, and consistency on the pipeline with an accurate forecast to our business.
  • Engage and develop strong trusted relationships with customer C-suite executives and effectively influence on how Provenir can add value to their business.
  • Retain and grow the existing customer base with engagement activities and create a good list of customer advocacy and references.


What’s Required

  • Experience – 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience in SaaS
  • Education-Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated and delivered 2x growth in initial growth phase in previous Sales leadership roles
  • Regional experience across multiple markets in the US.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams on a high cadence
  • Strong sales process and methodology around territory planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership, planning, execution, people-management, and coaching skills
  • A proven track record of overachieving against sales targets and securing sales within new customer accounts
  • Solution-led approach and technical sales skills
  • Must be able to lead a C-level discussion with prospects and clients
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
