We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capture - Business Analyst and domain experience in Payer. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that solutions meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Perform user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Create and maintain project documentation including process flows and use cases.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Payer domain.
Support the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
Have 4 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Capture
Business Analyst.
Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in the Payer industry.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Show proficiency in business process modeling and documentation.
Have experience with user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Show proficiency in project management tools and software.
Have experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
