Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Resident Experience Agent plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers. This position involves handling inquiries, problem-solving, and maintaining strong communication across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone, email, and instant chat.
  • Assist homeowners, realtors, and builders with inquiries and service requests.
  • Actively manage live chat conversations and escalate to the appropriate team as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the system.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by using creative problem-solving and technology-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal training to continuously improve professional skills.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (strong written and verbal communication skills).
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, including high-volume calls, emails, and chats.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM or marketing-related software.
  • Experience using Freshworks, Freshdesk, Freshchat, and Freshcaller.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Caliber and OneDrive.
  • Strong adaptability to new technologies and tools.
  • A team player who is proactive and quick to respond.
