  • PHP 22,000 - 28,000 per month (based on experience).
  • 9:30 pm to 6:30 am Philippine Time, Monday to Friday. 
  • Filipino holidays will be off. You must adjust to ET hours when daylight saving time is observed. 
 

Working Conditions

  • You are required to use your own computer during the first weeks.

About the Role

Junior Digital Marketing Graduates are responsible for supporting the Senior Operations Manager based in the USA for the client success team in the setup, execution, and internal management of influencer campaign activations, with an emphasis on vetting, content review, and email communication. 

A Junior Digital Marketing Graduate helps support the day-to-day execution of the influencer marketing initiatives in partnership with Client Success Associates and serves as a secondary point of contact for the influencer network. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with influencers to align with campaign KPIs and creative briefs.
  • Manage campaign outreach, influencer vetting, and audience verification.
  • Handle influencer communication during vetting and content review phases.
  • Review and approve campaign content, providing feedback as needed.
  • Maintain internal calendars, campaign reports, and Google Drive organization.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and campaign updates.
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience or familiarity with marketing.
  • Passion for the influencer/creator industry and a strategic mindset.
  • Advanced English skills (a must-have).
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with project prioritization.
 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
