Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a role related to executive assistance and administration. Marketing background preferred.
  • Can overlap work hours with California.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Clear copywriting and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of online tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and HubSpot among others.
  • Ability to learn new tools/ software quickly.
