What to expect?


We are seeking a Time Tracking & Payroll Specialist in Germany to play a key role in the implementation of DXC Time system. This is a one-year project with the possibility of long-term collaboration, offering a unique chance to work on a high-impact system implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of  DXC Time tracking system, ensuring compliance with German labor law and industry best practices

  • Participate in the meetings with HR, Accounting and Time Tracking provider, asking the right questions to identify needs and anticipate potential challenges

  • Manage time-tracking transactions and ensure smooth system integration

  • Conduct comprehensive system testing to guarantee accuracy and compliance before rollout

  • Train and support team members, ensuring they are confident in using the new system

  • Assist with post-implementation activities, troubleshooting, and process optimization


What do we expect?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in time tracking

  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, particularly in time tracking and workforce management

  • Experience working on HR or time tracking system implementations and projects

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively

  • Very good in English and German (spoken and written)
