Responsibilities:
Drive RF and microwave technology research initiatives
Develop solutions for bandwidth and energy optimization
Lead massive MIMO system research and development
Conduct millimeter-wave spectrum investigations
Design advanced communication system architectures
Research interference mitigation strategies
Direct signal integrity enhancement programs
Lead cross-functional research collaborations
Contribute to intellectual property development
Advance 5G/6G technology capabilities
Required Skills and Experience:
PhD or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
5+ years RF engineering research experience
Expert knowledge of RF circuit design and optimization
Strong background in CMOS, SiGe, GaN, and InP technologies
Proficiency in RF simulation tools (Cadence, ADS)
Experience with AI/ML for RF optimization
Deep understanding of wireless standards and protocols
Excellence in research project management
Track record of technical publications
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Defense/aerospace industry experience
Antenna design expertise
Advanced programming capabilities
Patent portfolio in RF technologies
International research collaboration experience
