The Field Sales Supervisor will grow the business through the acquisition of new allies for the SMBs segment leading and managing a team of 6 to 10 sales representatives in their assigned region. This person will ensure the achievement of sales targets, proper execution of commercial strategies, and the collection of valuable insights to improve processes.
Monitor Team Performance
Conduct daily reviews of sales metrics and CRM data to ensure team members meet their goals and identify areas requiring support.
Field Support and Coaching
This will be the main action, accompany team members on field visits to provide guidance, resolve issues, and enhance sales techniques.
Strategy Execution
Implement and adapt commercial strategies in the field, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
Reporting and Insights
Compile and analyze field data weekly to generate actionable insights and recommendations for improving processes and strategies. Additionally, monitor competitors' actions in their regions.
Proven experience supervising field sales teams
At least +2 years of demonstrated ability to lead and manage field sales representatives, ensuring team cohesion and performance.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Capacity to interpret sales metrics and CRM (SalesForce is a plus) data to identify trends and guide strategies effectively.
Understand commercial dashboards with principal KPIs.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in motivating teams, resolving conflicts, and driving alignment with company objectives.
Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
History of consistently meeting or surpassing set sales objectives, demonstrating effective sales execution.
