What will you do at MMDSmart?:

  • Draft and revise contracts in alignment with strategic discussions, senior management directives, and organizational needs.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of contract terms, attachments, company policies, and terms of service.
  • Analyze existing contracts and related documentation, identifying areas for improvement or additional provisions as needed.
  • Provide guidance and insights to internal teams on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor and enforce deadlines for deliverables, maintaining ongoing communication with business partners and internal stakeholders to address contractual matters until finalization.
  • Review and assess the performance of both parties under existing contracts to ensure compliance or recommend updates as necessary.
  • Maintain and manage a centralized base of company's contracts and business documentation, ensuring document archives are accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee and streamline the company's document flow processes to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare business-related documentation, guidelines, and instructions tailored to commercial and operational requirements.

Educational Background:

  • A degree in Law or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Candidates with substantial experience in contract management, legal document review, or similar roles (e.g., as a paralegal, legal assistant), and/or certifications in contract management, legal writing, or risk management may also be considered.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to provide clear and actionable advice.
  • Strong understanding of contract structure, standard terms, and legal terminology.
  • Ability to analyze contractual provisions for risks, ambiguities, and non-compliance with company's policies.
  •  Proficiency in identifying key clauses and their implications.
  • Skilled in legal research and interpretation of laws.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and editing legal documents.
