Role Overview

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll play a critical role in pre-sales engagements, POC management, and technical enablement - ensuring our customers and partners maximize the value of our platform.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Technical Support:

Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our vulnerability management and remediation platform.
Respond to technical inquiries and provide detailed explanations of product features and capabilities.

POC Management:

Plan, execute, and manage POCs to demonstrate the effectiveness of our solutions in customer environments.
Provide technical guidance and support during POCs, ensuring successful outcomes.
Document POC results and provide detailed reports to customers and internal teams.

Technical Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of vulnerability management and remediation concepts, cyber security best practices, and industry trends.
Stay up to date on the latest features and capabilities of our platform.
Conduct regular training sessions for the partner community.

Internal Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer success.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
Provide feedback on product enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience with network security, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience handling and troubleshooting enterprise IT environments (networks, systems, security).
Experience conducting technical training sessions for customers and partners.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
Experience with enterprise sales and MSP/MSSP environments is a plus.
