We are seeking a motivated and Senior ReactJS Developer (UI/UX Design) who will play a critical role in shaping our web applications by leveraging your expertise in ReactJS and your keen eye for design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interfaces and enhance the overall user experience of our products.

Please Note:

This role requires 8+ years of work experience in the IT industry.
MUST be available to work in US EST time zone (7 PM IST - 4 AM IST).
This is a contractual role- immediate joiner is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.
Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices and standards.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into interactive and engaging user interfaces.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with the latest wireframe tools used by UI/UX developers.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and design.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on ReactJS.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and web applications.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript and/or Next.js.
Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) for front-end applications.
Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experienced in deploying applications to AWS cloud environment.
