Job Title:
Contract Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This position offers a fast-paced and collaborative work environment, providing support to our guests and members across 12 locations in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and prior experience in customer service role.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text messages, and email.
  • Assist guests and members with scheduling reservations efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with a global team to ensure seamless communication and support.
  • Handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high standard of service.
Schedule:
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesdays and Sundays: Off
Benefits:
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • English proficiency at a C1 level – strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
