Customer Relations Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Advisor with a passion for travel to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate personalized services and address clients' needs throughout the entire process, ensuring seamless and enjoyable travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clients' primary point of contact, promptly addressing all travel-related inquiries, concerns, and needs.

• Collaborate with travel advisors to create and enhance personalized itineraries, ensuring all details meet client expectations.

• Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and activity providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients.

• Proactively monitor client travel plans, resolving delays, cancellations, or itinerary adjustments.

• Communicate updates, confirmations, and travel documentation to clients promptly.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving the travel experience.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and special requests.

• Assist in planning group travel, corporate events, and destination trips to meet client goals.

Qualifications
